They installed three motion sensitive light switches. One of the light switches was in the utility room where there are two light switches. They had to kill one of the light switches and still enable the exhaust fan switch to be operable. Walked me through the install and how to set the lights for intensity and length of time the lights remain on after you leave the room.  Nothing to warn or criticize. I made contact, got an estimate, arranged a time convenient to both of us, they showed up as promised after calling to confirm I was home. They quickly got the job done, left the area in better shape they found it and left. I was mailed the invoice and have paid them as quickly as they handled my request.

Russ Electric LLC put a new plug on the chimney for the TV.  It went really well, the customer service was good and the price was decent. They came right away. I didn't want holes in the living room so he found a way to make it work from the garage. I called around and they had a good price.

Repair lost electrical power.  Part of the house had lost electrical power. The electrician from Russ' Electric was very prompt, cheerful, and courteous. They fixed the electrical wires and got the power restored within a couple of hours. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the way the whole experience went from start to finish. I guess Russ sent us his A-Team because these gentlemen showed up with cleanly pressed uniforms and big clean white box truck clearly marked with Russ Electric and listed credentials. I could not remain at the house the entire time but to impress my wife to put it lightly is not an easy task as she was raised in a construction family and has nearly remodeled this house from top to bottom. But she was thankful for their knowledge of the outdated breakers that had a past history of malfunctioning and not tripping when overloaded. Overall we feel much safer in our house knowing that all had been checked and corrected as needed. We also had a bid for closer to $2000 from someone else while Russ Electric was less than half that.
